Forty-seventh. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the

Maryland, contained in the last will and testament of Thomas

Ingham, late of said county, deceased; and that to said church,

contained in the last will and testament of Thomas C. Bosley, de-

Forty-ninth. To the acquisition, holding and disposing by the

first Universalist church of the city of Baltimore, afterwards

known as the "First Universalist society of the city of Balti-

more," of a lot of land situate in Baltimore city, described in a

Fiftieth. To the acquisition, holding and disposing by the second

Universalist society of the city of Baltimore, of a tract of land

described in a deed from the friendships society of Baltimore, to
