road district three freeholders as a board of district road commis-

AN ACT to repeal section thirty-three, of article seventeen, of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's county," sub-


title "Birds and Game," and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section thirty-three, of article seventeen, of the Code of


Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's county," sub-title "Birds

and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so

33. It shall not be lawful for any person in said Prince George's


county to shoot, kill, catch or in any way entrap any partridge or


quail or rabbit in said county between the twenty-fourth day of


December and the first day of November; nor any woodcock be-
