CHAPTER 520.


AN ACT to refund to Charles E. Wooters, late collector of State


taxes for Talbot county, certain sums of money erroneously


paid by Mm into the treasury.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the treasury be and he is hereby author-


ized and directed to issue his warrant upon the treasurer of this


State in favor of Charles E. "Wooters, late collector of State taxes

dollars and ninety-four cents, being the amount over-paid by him

AN ACT to incorporate the Hemsley's creek oyster planting com-


pany.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

and also to ordain, establish and put in execution such by-laws


and regulations as shall seem necessary for the government and


management of said corporation, and to alter and repeal the same

privileges which corporate bodies may lawfully possess for the


purposes mentioned in this act.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the purposes of said corpora-
