AN ACT to repeal section two of an act entitled an act supple-


mental to and to amend an act entitled an act to incorporate


the Maryland agricultural and mechanical association, passed


March nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, approved


March twelfth, eighteen hundred and seventy, and to re-enact


the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
