	CHAPTER 73.
	AN ACT to repeal section two of an act entitled an act supple-
	mental to and to amend an act entitled an act to incorporate
	the Maryland agricultural and mechanical association, passed
	March nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, approved
	March twelfth, eighteen hundred and seventy, and to re-enact
	the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That section two of an act entitled an act supplemental to and to
	amend an act entitled an act to incorporate the Maryland agricul-
	tural and mechanical association, passed March nineteenth, eigh-	Repeal.

	hundred and seventy, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
	enacted as follows:
	SEC. 2. That in case of the dissolution of the Maryland agricul-
	tural and mechanical association the trustees named in the act en-
	titled an act to incorporate the Maryland agricultural and mechani- calassociation, chapter one hundred and twenty-eight, passed
	March nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, and their suc-
	cessors shall at once proceed to sell at public auction, after giving	Sell and

	them in trust for the use of said association, for the best price
	they can obtain for the same, and they may convey title to the
	same by one of their number, to whom they may delegate authority

	the value of said property as may be approved by the treasurer of
	said State; and in case of said sale by the said trustees and their
	successors, the net proceeds of said sale shall be applied by said
