be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-

ments, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 120. This State shall be divided into six districts for the
|
|
|

SEC. 121. The first congressional district shall remain as now

of the twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second wards of Balti-

the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth,

tenth, eleventh and twelfth election districts of Baltimore county,

and said counties and election districts and wards shall be entitled

|
|
|
to choose one representative in the house of representatives.

|
|
SEC. 123. The third congressional district shall be composed of

sixteenth wards of Baltimore city, and shall be entitled to choose
|

one representative in the house of representatives.

SEC. 124. The fourth congressional district shall be composed

|
|
of the eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, four-
|
|
|

teenth, eighteenth and nineteenth wards of Baltimore city, and

shall be entitled to choose one representative in the house of

representatives.

SEC. 125. The fifth congressional district shall be composed of

county, Anne Arundel county, including the city of Annapolis,

Howard county, and the first and thirteenth election" districts of

and shall be entitled to choose one representative in the house of

representatives.

SEC. 126. The sixth congressional district shall remain as now

constituted, and shall be composed of Allegany county, Garrett

county, Washington county, Frederick county and Montgomery

county, and shall be entitled to choose one representative in the

|
|
house of representatives.

SEC. 127. The return judges of the election districts of Balti-
|
|
|

more county forming part of the second congressional district
