CHAPTER 476.


AN ACT for the better protection of fish, crabs, oysters and ter-


rapins in the waters of Talbot county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall not be lawful for any one but citizens and residents ,
