on, as a fit person to traffic in the article, and in no event shall

any person sell such article on the Sabbath day, commonly called

"Sunday," nor to any minor; and for the violation of this section,

lars and costs of prosecution, or instead of such fine shall be im-

prisoned in the discretion of the court; this section shall not

|
|
apply to the tenth district of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

|
|
|
