CHAPTER 424.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections one

article sixteen, of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Chan-


cery," sub-title " Pleading, Practice and Process."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
