Laws of Talbot county, be and the same is hereby repealed so far


as said section relates to the catching of fish with pound-nets,


fyke-nets and weirs in the waters of Miles river, from Deep Water

point to the source of said river or in any of its tributaries, or in


the waters of Tred Avon river, from the mouth of Plain Dealing


creek to the source of said last mentioned river or in any of its


tributaries, and in the water of Wye river; and from and after the


passage of this act, it shall be unlawful to catch fish in any of the
waters above named, between the points described with pound-nets,

fyke-nets or weirs; provided, that nothing in this act shall be con-


strued to effect in any wise the waters of Queen Anne's county.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person who shall violate


any of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction before any


justice of the peace of the county in whose waters the offense may


be committed, shall be fined the sum of one hundred dollars, and


all the nets and weirs used in such violation shall be condemned

and sold by the officer making the arrest, the proceeds of sale,


together with the fines, shall be paid over to the county commis-


sioners of the county where the fine is imposed, and shall be placed


by them after paying all costs and expenses incurred in the en-


forcement of this act to the credit of said county.

AN ACT to correct an erroneous sub-division of land in Hyatts-


ville, Prince George's county, Maryland.


WHEBEAS, Louis D. Wine and George J. Johnson being the


owners of a tract of land in Hyattsville, have heretofore sub-


divided the same into certain streets and alleys, and two un-


marked lots, one bounded by Circle avenue on the westerly side

and Luttrel avenue on the east, the other bounded by Terrace


and Washington avenue and the county road, as will more fully


appear by reference to plat recorded in liber J. W. B., 1, folio


286, of the land records of Prince George's county, which it is

WHEREAS, by a subsequent sub-division, said Wine and John-


son included said unmarked pieces of land together with two
