lished by the said society with the fund herein provided, shall be


subject to the provisions of the act of eighteen hundred and


eighty-two, chapter one hundred and thirty-eight, and the society


shall make to each general assembly the report thereby required ;


provided, that the said Maryland historical society is hereby au-


thorized to hare enough copies of each volume printed to supply


the members of the society and its exchanges by paying therefor


the actual cost of paper, presswork and binding the same; and,


provided further, that ten copies of each volume of the archives,

published by said Maryland historical society, shall be bound in


cloth and deposited in the State library for the use thereof, and


that the said society be and hereby is authorized without being re-


quired to pay therefor to send a copy of each of the volumes that


have been or may be published to the respective State librarians of


the several States of the Union, and also to each of the circuit


courts of the several counties of the State, to the court of appeals,


the land office, the library company of the Baltimore bar, and such


library or historical association as may be approved by the Mary-


land historical society.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections three


hundred and thirty-one, and three hundred and thirty-four, of


article ninety-three, of the Code of Public General Laws, title


" Testamentary Law," sub-title " Wills."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,
