SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the State be and is hereby authorized and


directed to draw his warrant upon the treasurer of the State in


favor of Thomas & Evans, printers, for the sum of ($1,175)

To pay.

eleven hundred and seventy-five dollars, being the amount due


them for printing the State school report for the year eighteen


hundred and eighty-eight.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.

Effective.

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and eighty-five, of art-


icle ten, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title


"Dorchester county," sub-title "Fish," and to re-enact the same


with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
