SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
|

|

That in addition to the two justices of the peace in the first elec-

be an additional justice of the peace appointed for said district

in Kent county, and the governor is hereby authorized to appoint

and commission an additional justice of the peace for said district.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in addition to the two con-

CHAPTER 57.
|

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and seven, of article two,

|
|
|
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel county,"
|
|
|
|
sub-title "Circuit Court," and re-enact the same with amend-
|
|
|
|
ments.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That section one hundred and seven, of article two, of the Code
|
|
|
|
of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title
|
|
|
Repeal.
|
"Circuit Court," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
|
|
|
|
with amendments so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 107. There shall be two regular common law terms of the
|
|
|
|
circuit court for Anne Arundel county, at the city of Annapolis,
|
|
|

commencing respectively on the third Monday in April and the

third Monday in October in each year.

|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
