AN ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the Mary-

land military and naval academy of Oxford, Talbot county,

|
Maryland, passed at the January session of eighteen hundred

|
|
|
and eighty-six, chapter four hundred and seventy-two.
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the board of five persons chosen by the governor of
|
|
|
|
the State to inspect the general management of the Maryland
|

|
|
|
military and naval academy of Oxford, Talbot county, Maryland,
|
|
|
|
reported gross mismanagement; and
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the said school has since been closed and its effects
|

sold by the United States marshal; therefore,

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That chapter four hundred and seventy-two, of the acts of eigh-

CHAPTER 407.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money therein mentioned, to
pay the claim of J. Harman Schone, late treasurer of Balti-
more county, and collector of State and county taxes for the
said county, for over-payment on taxes for eighteen hundred
and eighty-five, to the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
