CHAPTER 402.


AN ACT to repeal section thirty-seven, of article fifty-two, of


the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices of the Peace,"


sub-title "Judgments," and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section thirty-seven, of article fifty-two, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title

"Judgments," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,


so as read as follows :


SEC. 37. The said clerk shall record the said judgment forth-

the sum of five dollars and seventy-two cents, for money erro-


neously paid into the treasury of the State.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the treasurer of the State be and he is hereby authorized and


directed, upon the warrant of the comptroller, to pay to Daniel ,
