	CHAPTER 54.
	AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of
	Maryland to the holding of a certain lot of ground by the trus-
	tees of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts
	of Baltimore heretofore purchased by them, and to enable said
	trustees to sell, mortgage or otherwise convey the same.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly be and is
	hereby given to the sale and Conveyance to the trustees of the con-
	gregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and pre-
	cincts of Baltimore, of a certain lot of ground mentioned in a
	deed from John Stewart and others to said trustees, dated twenty-	To sell.
	eighth February, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and recorded
	among the land records of Baltimore city in liber J. B., number
	eleven hundred and thirty, folio three hundred and eighty-six,
	&c., and full power is hereby given to said trustees of the congre-
	gation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts
	of Baltimore to sell, mortgage or in any other manner to dispose
	of said lot of ground.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from	Effective.

	CHAPTEE 55.
	AN ACT to repeal section seventy-four of article two of the Code
	of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title
	"Annapolis."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That section seventy-four of article two of the Code of Public	Repeal.
	Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title "Annapolis,"
	be and the same is hereby repealed.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from	Effective.
