CHAPTER 294.


AN ACT to repeal section thirty-one, of article twenty-two, of


the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington county,"


sub-title "Birds and Game," and to re-enact the same with


amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section thirty-one, of article twenty-two, of the Code of

enacted as follows :


31. That it shall not be lawful to shoot, kill or in any way en-


trap or destroy any wild bird or wild fowl of any description ex-

jack snipe, sand snipe, plover, cedar birds and rails, or to shoot,


kill, entrap, wound or destroy any rabbit, squirrel, deer or fawn ;
