CHAPTER 286.


AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and three, of article


twenty-four, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,


title "Worcester county," sub-title "Pocomoke," and re-enact


the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section two hundred and three, of article twenty-four, of


the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester

and re-enacted so as to read as follows :


203. The male residents of said Pocomoke city of the age of


twenty-one years and upwards, being citizens of the United States,


who have resided in said town for the space of six months next


preceding the first Monday in June, shall elect by ballot on that
