CHAPTER 32.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section twenty-


seven, of article five, of the Code of Public General Laws of


Maryland, entitled " Appeals and Error."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section twenty-seven, of article five, of the Code of Public

and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows, viz :


27. No appeal from any decree or order shall stay the execu-


tion or suspend the operation of such decree or order, unless the


party praying the appeal shall give bond, with security to indem-
nify the other party or parties from all loss or injury which
