CHAPTER 34.

AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and ninety, of article

seventeen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince

George's county," sub-title "Roads," and to re-enact the same

with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

290. In addition to the proper proportion of the general road

pointment, and such board so constituted shall be entitled to

demand and receive such special tax as collected, and to expend
