CHAPTER 226.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
|
|
|
|
Jacob H. Medairy and company for stationery furnished for
|
|
|
|
the use of the executive department and the court of appeals
|
|
|
|
for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-eight and eighteen
|
|
|
|
hundred and eighty-nine, and for the n se of the General As-
|
|
|
|
sembly of eighteen hundred and ninety:
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That the comptroller of the treasury be and he is hereby author-
|
|
|
|
ized to issue his warrant upon the treasurer of the State for the
|
|
|
|
sum of four thousand nine hundred and sixty-six dollars and
|
|
|
|
fifty-five cents in favor of Jacob H. Medairy and company to pay
|

|
|
|
the claim of said Jacob H. Medairy and company for stationery
|
|
|
|
furnished for the use of the executive department and the court
|
|
|
|
of appeals for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-eight and
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, and for the use of the General
|
|
|
|
Assembly at its present session of eighteen hundred and ninety,
|
|
|
|
and the said treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay
|
|
|
|
said sum of money out of any moneys in the treasury not other-
|
|
|
|
wise appropriated.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
|

the date of its passage.
