CHAPTER 191.

AN ACT to amend and enlarge the powers conferred by the act

entitled "an act to incorporate Eock Hill college under the di-

rection of the brothers of the Christian schools, Ellicott's mills,

Howard county, Maryland," passed at the January session,

eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter ten.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

alter, amend or repeal this act, or any part thereof at pleasure.
