CHAPTEE 189.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section eighty-


nine, of article thirty-nine, of the Code' of Public General


Laws, title "Pish and Fisheries," sub-title "Commissioners of


Fisheries."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

That section eighty-nine, of article thirty-nine, of the Code of
Public General Laws be and the same is hereby repealed and re-


enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:


SEC. 89. The further sum of ten thousand dollars per annum,


or so much thereof as may in the opinion of the governor be

missioners to carry out the provisions of sections eighty, eighty-


one and eighty-seven, and the comptroller shall issue his warrant


on the treasurer for the payment of said sum on requisition of


said commissioners in such amounts as they may require, approved
