	CHAPTER 20.
	AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland to the bequests of three hundred dollars
	to the Preachers' Aid Society of the Baltimore Conference of
	the Methodist Episcopal Church; of three hundred dollars to
	the Maryland Bible Society; of four hundred dollars to the
	Trustees of Friendship Methodist Episcopal Church, West Har-
	ford Circuit, and of one hundred dollars to the Church Exten-
	sion Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, contained in
	the last will and testament of Mary A. Bolton, late of Harford
	county, deceased.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
	land be and the same are hereby given and declared to the be-
	quests of three hundred dollars to the Preachers' Aid Society of
	the Baltimore Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church; of

	CHAPTER 21.
	AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and seventy-two, of Art-
	icle eight of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil county,"
	sub-title "Fish," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That section one hundred and seventy-two, of article eight, of
	the Code of Public Local Laws, be and the same is hereby re-	Repeal.

	SEC. 172. It shall be lawful for any owners of land bordering
	upon the waters of the Elk. Bohemia and Sassafras rivers and
	their tributaries, and North East river from Turkey point to the	Pound
