thousand dollars to "St. Francis' Orphan Asylum" in the city of


Baltimore; eighth, the bequest of one thousand dollars to the


"Boys Home Society of Baltimore" in the city of Baltimore;


ninth, the bequest of one thousand dollars to the "Baltimore Or-


phan Asylum" of the city of Baltimore; tenth, the bequest of


one thousand dollars to the "Maryland Academy of Sciences" in


the city of Baltimore; eleventh, the bequest of one thousand dol-


lars to the "Colored Orphans' Home" in the city of Baltimore ;

ditional justice of the peace for Montgomery county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
