SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

AN ACT to authorize and direct the governor to appoint an ad-

ditional justice of the peace for Montgomery county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the governor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to

appoint an additional justice of the peace for Damascus district,
|
|
|
|
or district number twelve, ia Montgomery county.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
