was incorporated for the period of twenty-five years by an act of


the General Assembly passed at the January session of eighteen


hundred and sixty-seven, that they are desirous their charter


shall be extended for another term of twenty-five years; therefore


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the charter and corporate existence of the Baltimore ware-


house company be and the same is hereby renewed and extended,

and corporate for the period last aforesaid, shall have and hold


all the rights, powers and privileges heretofore granted to it,


with all the properties and other things now owned or held by it,


and shall be subject to all the duties, restrictions, limitations


and conditions imposed by the act passed at the January session
