SEC. 2. And be it enacted, .That the mayor and councilmen of


Frostburg are hereby authorized and empowered to levy and col-

under this act, the members of the said water board shall make

make a full financial report to the mayor and councilmen of


Frostburg at their regular meetings on the second Wednesday in


July, October, January and April of each year.


SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That no moneys shall be paid from
