	CHAPTER 479.
	AN ACT to declare the consent of the General
	Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Eliza-
	beth Wilson, late of Wicomico county, to the
	Old School Baptist Church in said county.
	WHEREAS Elizabeth Wilson, late of ;Wicomico
	county, deceased, by her last will and testament,
	duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of
	Wicomico county, on the twenty-first day of Au-
	gust, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, bequeathed to the Old School Baptist	Preamble.
	Church, in the town of Salisbury, and county at ore-
	faid, a certain house and lot of ground situated on
	north-west corner of Division and west Chestnut
	streets, in the said town and county, where the said
	Elizabeth Wilson lived and died, to have and to
	hold the same, as the property of the said church, at
	the death of a certain Joseph C. Bell; therefore,
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem- bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same	Sanction and consent given
	is hereby given to the said bequest.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall	Effective.
