|
AN ACT to declare the consent of the General

|
|
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Eliza-

|
|
|
beth Wilson, late of Wicomico county, to the
|
|
|
|
Old School Baptist Church in said county.
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS Elizabeth Wilson, late of ;Wicomico
|
|
|
|
county, deceased, by her last will and testament,
|
|
|
|
duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of
|
|
|
|
Wicomico county, on the twenty-first day of Au-
|
|
|
|
gust, in the year one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine, bequeathed to the Old School Baptist
|
Preamble.
|
|
|
Church, in the town of Salisbury, and county at ore-
|
|
|
|
faid, a certain house and lot of ground situated on
|
|
|
|
north-west corner of Division and west Chestnut
|
|
|
|
streets, in the said town and county, where the said
|
|
|
|
Elizabeth Wilson lived and died, to have and to
|
|
|
|
hold the same, as the property of the said church, at
|
|
|
|
the death of a certain Joseph C. Bell; therefore,
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same
