CHAPTER 478.


AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact section


twelve of chapter two hundred and twenty of the


Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the Jan-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That section twelve of chapter
