CHAPTER 470.

AN ACT to repeal section ninety-two of article

"Harford county," sub-title "Orphans' Court,"

and re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section ninety-two of article

as to read as follows :

92. They may, at each term, adjourn from day to

day if the public business require it, but they shall

not so adjourn at any one term for more than four

consecutive days, unless there be unfinished business

have power to appoint a bailiff, who shall receive

one and a half dollars per diem every day he may be

in attendance upon the sessions of the court, to be

levied for and paid by the county commissioners.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

take effect from the date of its passage.
