CHAPTER 471.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-


ments the seventh section of an act passed at


January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-


eight, chapter four hundred and forty-two, en-


titled " An act to give additional corporate powers


to the House of the Good Shepherd of the city


of Baltimore," and to provide for the commitment


thereto of dissolute and disorderly females for the


purpose of reformation.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the seventh section of


the act passed at January session, eighteen hun-


dred and seventy eight, chapter four hundred
