	CHAPTER 464.
	AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter fifty-seven
	of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
	passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
	seventy-six, relating to the protection of partridges
	in certain counties, so far only as the same relates
	to Queen Anne's county, and re-enact the same so
	far only as said county is concerned.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section one of chapter fifty-seven
	of the acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,	Repealed and
	passed at January session, eighteen hundred and	re-enacted.
	seventy-six, relating to the protection of partridges, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same
	relates to Queen Anne's county, and re-enacted so as
	to read as follows :
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful to shoot
	or trap any partridges or rabbits in Queen Anne's county, from the thirty-first day of December to the	When unlaw- ful to shoot, &c.
	twentieth day of October in any year, and woodcock
	from the thirty-first day of December to the fifteenth
	day of June in each and every year.
	SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
