CHAPTER 465.

AN ACT granting the assent of the General Assem-

bly of Maryland to a legacy granted to the vestry

of Emanuel's (commonly called Baust's) church,

in Carroll county, in the State of Maryland, by

Elizabeth Catherine Erb, late of said county,

deceased.

WHEREAS Elizabeth Catherine Erb, late of Car-

roll county, deceased, by her last will and testament,

bearing date the first day of January, eighteen hun-

dred and seventy-five, and duly admitted to probate

preamble.

and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of

Carroll county, devised and bequeathed to the vestry

of Emanuel's (commonly called Baust's) church, in

Carroll county, in the State of Maryland, the sum of

one hundred dollars ; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
