CHAPTER 463.


AN ACT for the better protection of sheep in Wi-


comico county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That hereafter it shall be unlaw-


ful for any dog to kill or wound any sheep in Wi-


comico county ; and if any owner of any sheep, his


or her tenant or agent, in said county, shall at any


time obtain any reliable information of any dog

kill said dog at the first opportunity thereafter.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in addition to the


provisions in the foregoing section of this act, the
