	CHAPTER 462.
	AN ACT to repeal section two of chapter four hun-
	dred and twenty-four of the acts of eighteen hun-
	dred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to protect
	Diamond Back Terrapins in the waters of the State
	of Maryland," and to regulate the catching the
	same, and to re-enact the same so as to exclude
	Worcester and Dorchester counties from the opera-
	tion thereof.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That section two of chapter four
	hundred and twenty-four of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to pro-	Repealed and re-enacted.
	tect Diamond Back Terrapins in the waters of the
	State of Maryland," and to regulate the catching the
	same, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-en-
	acted so as to read as follows :
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful
	for any person or persons to take or catch from the
	waters of this State, any diamond back terrapins of a less size than five inches in length upon the bottom	Unlawful to catch or take.
