Great Choptank river, thence following said road


until it intersects the road leading from Cambridge


to Hickbburg; thence with said last named road


until it reaches Jacktown ; thence following the road


from Jacktown to Bucktown, until it intersects the


boundary line between district 'number seven or


Cambridge district, and district number thirteen or


Bucktown district, where it crosses said road ; thence


with the boundary line between the two last named


districts until it reaches the Transquakin bridge


beyond Airey's ; then following the Transquakin


river to the mouth of Dumpling Point creek ; thence


up said creek and branch to the county road at


Middletown ; thence with the county road leading


by Salem, to Jones' Baptist Church ; thence by the


county road leading by the Little Birch mill to the


new county road passing over Payne's mill pond ;


thence with the said new county road until it inter-


sects the road leading from Hicksburg to East New


Market ; thence with the last named road in the


direction of Hicksburg, to the forks of the road lead-


ing to Indian creek; thence with the Indian creek


road to Indian creek, and with Indian creek to the


Great Choptank river; and thence down said river


to the place of beginning.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all persons now resid-


ing within the limits aforesaid, and who are registered


voters in any of the said election districts from which


is carved the new district of Linkwood, shall be en-

presenting to the registrar thereof, their certificate


of dismissal from their respective election districts,'


as now provided by law ; and all persons who reside


within said limits and would have become qualified


to vote in any one of the four districts from which


the new district is formed, shall be entitled to regis-


ter in said new district.


SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That a registrar of


voters for said new district shall at once be appoint-
