	thereafter the said court shall, from time to time,
	after the determination of the preceding estate,
	and as the remainder of said estate shall vest in the
	party or parties entitled in remainder or reversion,
	determine, in its discretion, what proportion of the
	residue of said tax shall be paid by the party or
	parties in whom the estate shall so vest, and the
	judgment of said court shall be final and conclusive;
	and each of the parties successively entitled in re-
	mainder or revision shall pay his proportion of said	Pay to regis-
	tax to the register of wills within thirty days after	ter of wills.

	amount of said tax shall be and remain a lien upon
	such estate until the same shall be paid.

	CHAPTER 456.
	AN ACT to establish a new election district in
	Dorchester county, to be known as the fourteenth
	or Linkwood election district of Dorchester county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That there shall be and by the
	authority of this act there is hereby created a new
	election district in Dorchester county, to be known
	as the fourteenth or Linkwood election district of
	Dorchester county, and to be formed of parts of the	New election district.
	second or East New Market election district, the
	third or Vienna election district, the seventh or
	Cambridge election district, and the eleventh or
	Drawbridge election district of said county, and the
	polling place of said new district shall be the village
	of Linkwood.
