them shall take an oath or make affirmation that he


will, in all respects as such examiner, act without


prejudice or partiality; after taking such oath they


shall give notice by publication in one or more


newspapers published in Baltimore county, and in


one or more newspapers in Baltimore city, that they


will proceed at once to discharge their duties under


this act.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said examiners


shall then, as soon as practicable, proceed to value
