	CHAPTER 442.
	AN ACT to prevent geese and hogs from running
	at large within the corporate limits of the town
	of Vienna, in Dorchester county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for	Unlawful to

	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no person shall
	keep or raise any geese, pigs or hogs within the lim-
	its of said town, except in pens or enclosures; and if
	any geese or swine be found going at large in said
	town, any resident of the town shall have authority
	to impound the same, and be entitled to receive the
	sum of one dollar for taking up the same, and a
	reasonable compensation for the keeping thereof, in
	the case of each pig, hog or goose so taken up, and	Authority to
