	SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said Balti-

	lars each, or all in shares of one hundred dollars

	SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the said Balti-
	more, Cincinnati and Western Railway Company
	shall, in all other respects, be entitled to have, hold,
	use, exercise and enjoy all the rights, privileges and	Rights and
	powers, and be subject to all the regulations and re- strictions set forth in the said act of the Legislature	privileges.
