sheep, five cents ; for every score of hogs, five cents ;

trip ; for every sulky, chaise or sleigh drawn with

one horse, three cents, or if the same shall return

the same day, five cents for the round trip ; for every

sulky, chaise, coach or sleigh drawn by two horses,

|
|
|
|
six cents, or if the same shall return the same day

|
|
|
ten cents for the round trip ; and for either of the
|
|
|
|
|
carriages last mentioned, with four horses, twelve
|
|
|
|
|
cents, and if the same shall return the same day
|
|
|
|
|
twenty cents for the round trip ; the like sums ac-
|
|
|
|
|
cording to the number drawing the same for every
|
|
|
|
|
cart or wagon whose wheels do not exceed the
|
|
|
|
|
breadth of three inches, two and one-half cents, or
|
|
|
|
|
if the same shall return the same day, four cents
|
|
|
|
|
for the round trip, the like sums according to the
|
|
|
|
|
number of horses drawing the same ; for four inch
|
|
|
|
|
tread wagon, one and one-quarter cents per horse,
|
|
|
|
|
or two cents per horse round trip.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That all acts or parts of
|

acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act be

acts repealed.

and the same are hereby repealed.
