CHAPTER 430.

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and three

of the acts of General Assembly, passed at its Jan-

uary session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,

entitled "An act to provide for the indexing the

records in the office of the Register of Wills for

Allegany county;" and also to repeal chapter

three hundred and fourteen of the acts of General

Assembly, passed at its January session, eighteen

hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to

repeal the second section of the act of General

Assembly, passed at January session, eighteen hun-

dred and sixty-eight, chapter four hundred and

three, entitled 'An act to provide for the indexing

the records in the office of the Register of Wills

for Allegany county, and to re-enact the same

with amendments,' and to enact in lieu thereof

the following sections, to be added to article one

of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Alle-

gany county,' to be sub-titled 'Register of Wills.' "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and

three of the acts of General Assembly, passed at the

January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,

entitled "An act to provide for the indexing the

records in the office of the Register of Wills for

Allegany county ; and that chapter three hundred
