LAWS OF MARYLAND.


CHAPTER 2.


AN ACT to give the consent of the State to the


purchase of certain lots of ground in the City of


Baltimore by the United States of America, for


the purpose of erecting a building for a Post


Office, Court House and other Public Offices, and


to cede to the United States of America jurisdic-


tion over the same, and authorizing the Mayor


and City Council of Baltimore to grant and con-


vey certain lots of ground belonging to them to the


United States of America.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
