	CHAPTER 3,
	AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council
	of Baltimore to issue bonds of said city to an
	amount not exceeding two hundred and fifty thous-

	Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, entitled
	"An Ordinance for the improvement of Harford
	Run and for the construction of a Lateral Sewer
	under the beds of certain streets, and to provide
	for defraying the costs of the same." Approved

	bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Coun-
