CHAPTER 400.

AN ACT to repeal sections sixty six and • sixty-
|
|
|
|
|
seven of article fifty-one of the Code of Public
|
|
|
|
|
General Laws, entitled " Justices of the Peace,"
|
|
|
|
|
which were enacted and added to said article by
|
|
|
|
|
the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chap-
|
|
|
|
|
ter four hundred and forty-three, and to re-enact
|
|
|
|
|
the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section sixty-six and sixty-seven,
|
|
|
|
|
which by chapter four hundred and forty-three of
|
|
|
|
Substitute

eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, were enacted as
|
|
|
|
therefor.

Peace," be and the same are hereby repealed and

the following be enacted as a substitute therefor.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 66. Hereafter all judgments rendered by jus-
|
|
|
|
|
tices of the peace within the city of Baltimore, or
|
|
|
|
|
in any of the counties of this State, may be made
|
|
|
|

the clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore city,

|
|
|
|
or with the clerk of the circuit court for the county,
|
|
|
|
|
as the case may be, where said judgment was rendered
|
|
|
|
