CHAPTER 400.


AN ACT to repeal sections sixty six and • sixty-


seven of article fifty-one of the Code of Public


General Laws, entitled " Justices of the Peace,"


which were enacted and added to said article by


the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chap-


ter four hundred and forty-three, and to re-enact


the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section sixty-six and sixty-seven,


which by chapter four hundred and forty-three of

SEC. 66. Hereafter all judgments rendered by jus-


tices of the peace within the city of Baltimore, or


in any of the counties of this State, may be made
