CHAPTER 398.

AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter three

hundred and eighty-eight of acts passed at the

January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-

eight, entitled "An act to prohibit stock from

going at large on the public roads in school dis-

trict number six of election district number one

of Queen Anne's county," and re-enact the same

with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section one of chapter three
