and costs, be and the same is hereby declared to be

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Com-


missioners of Baltimore county may hereafter bid


at any sale of real estate for State and county taxes

collector of taxes for Baltimore county to the said


commissioners, who shall hold the same for the use

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That in case said prop-


erty shall not be redeemed, the county commis-


sioners shall make public sale of said real estate,


after due advertisement in one or more of the news-


papers printed in said county, when to them it shall


seem best so to do, and sell the same to the highest
