	and shall likewise make oath well and faithfully to
	discharge the duties by this article imposed on him,
	or which may be assigned to him during his official
	term by law, the said oaths to be administered by
	the " Board of Supervisors of Elections in Baltimore
	city," or any one of said supervisors, signed by the	Certify to

	certify the same to the said board, with the signature

	CHAPTER 341.
	AN ACT to add an additional section to article
	three of the Code of Pnblic Local Laws, entitled
	" Baltimore county," sub-title " County Commis-
	sioners."
	WHEREAS the County Commissioners of Balti-
	more County, in some cases, have been compelled to
	bid property sold for county and State taxes at pub-
	lic auction, for the amount of taxes and costs due
	thereon ; and w'hereas a doubt has arisen as to their	Preamble.

	erence to the bidding on tax sales hereafter to be
