AN ACT to amend the charter of the Baltimore,

Chesapeake and Delaware Bay Railroad Com-

pany, so as to increase the number of directors to

seven.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the Board of Directors of the

Baltimore, Chesapeake and Delaware Bay Railroad
