	SEC. 55. And be it further enacted, That in no
	event shall any printing or advertising for Prince
	George's county be given to more than one newspa-	Limited to

	county commissioners upon any pretext be empow-	dollars
	ered to pay more than six hundred dollars for any
	one year s printing or publishing.
	SEC. 56. And be it further enacted, That all acts	Inconsistent
	or parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and the	acts repealed.
	same are hereby repealed.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective
	effect from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 35.
	AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
	Prince George's county to borrow money on the
	credit of the county for the purpose of erecting
	a new Court House, to issue bonds for the pay-
	ment of the same, and to levy taxes on the as-
	sessable property of the county to redeem said
	bonds and to pay the interest thereon, and to
	provide for the erection of said Court House.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That a new Court House shall
	be built with all the necessary offices, in the town of
	Upper Marlboro; and that said new Court House	Build new
	and offices, when constructed, shall be furnished with	Court House
	all the necessary cases and furniture for the accom-
	modation of the courts to be held in said building
	for said county, members of the bar, and public offi-
	cers, and with such other things as their convenience
	may require.
