SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That Charles Clagett,
|

Joseph K. Roberts, Senior, and Benjamin F. Duvall,

of Prince George's county, Maryland, be and they

are hereby constituted a building committee for the

act of any one or more of them, or of the building

the vacancy or vacancies. The members of said com-

sary in the decision of all questions which may arise

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said building

be needed in addition to that already owned by the

sealed envelopes to the clerk of said county com-

missioners, to be by him delivered to said building

committee on the day named by them for publicly

opening said proposals. Said proposals shall set

forth the amount of money for which he or they
|
|
|
|
propose to do the work or supply the furniture; and

lowest responsible bidder: and the said building

committee are hereby authorized to sell and dispose
|
|
|
|
of such materials of the present Court House as

|
|
|
may not be required or used in erecting the building
